Shakeela Gerald is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of GLF, a firm globally recognized for business consulting and leadership transformation. With a background in English Literature (B.A.) and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA),she brings a unique fusion of human insight, operational intelligence, and brand-driven thinking to the leadership table.
She leads critical verticals at GLF including People, Culture, HR, Operational Excellence, Client Experience, Branding, and Marketing—making her one of the most pivotal forces behind the company’s global reputation.
Shakeela has been actively involved in every client transformation project GLF has undertaken till date, ensuring not only seamless execution but also deep alignment between people, systems, and strategy. She has also delivered high-powered workshops, leadership interventions, and HR consulting engagements across industries—earning trust for her clarity, energy, and results-oriented approach.

With over 30 years of experience, Sundaresan Rajeswar has been at the forefront of driving strategic value across Internal Audit, Risk Management, Governance, and Financial Oversight for globally renowned organisations.
He has held multiple C-suite and board-level advisory positions, playing a pivotal role in strengthening governance frameworks, enterprise risk structures, and strategic compliance models.
Sundaresan has championed over 55 high-impact knowledge-sharing platforms, mentored innumerable finance professionals at the ICAI forum, and represented Qatar at the IIA’s Global Assembly of Thought Leaders for 15 years.
